The leaves are changing colors and there’s a crisp chill to the air – which can only mean one thing. It’s time to fall back into Fall Wedding Colors! Fall is one of my fave seasons, not just because it means we can wear super cute scarves and beanies, but because Mother Nature provides such a rich palette of colors for us to work with for fall weddings. Roses, calla lilies and sunflowers are some of our fave flowers for fall, found in the vibrant yellows, oranges and reds that the trees provide.
Are you planning autumn nuptials? Think reds, oranges, yellows , browns and golds for a natural looking beauty and sophistication to your wedding décor. Chocolate browns and gold make for an elegant color combo, and reds and oranges can be married together for a bright splash of color that is whimsical yet still totally season-appropriate. Or, make an impact with a monochromatic wedding look by using flowers and décor in one brilliant color paired with whites or creams. In fact, these fall colors don’t even have to be the dominant color of your main event to bring in the season. Love blues? Add browns or oranges to give it a fall feeling, or add some deep red berries or branches to your décor.
It’s all about making your wedding tie in seamlessly with the colors and feeling of nature all around you, while still making your wedding all about you!
